Monthly Kids Entertainment organised for your Shopping Centre
Regular activities targeted to children and families are known to build door traffic and community engagement for Shopping Centres, but are often not implemented due to staff and time constraints.
With Event Central’s Kids’ Club you fully outsource the work to us. We’ll take care of running your Kids’ Club each month. All you need to do is promote to your existing database and to your Centre’s foot traffic.
Kids’ Club also offers unique opportunities to aligned retailers to offer incentive (sales and offers) to increase sales.
Fully co-ordinated & managed Kids’ Club
Kids’ Club is specifically designed for children of all ages to learn, create and have fun within their community. Event Central will fully co-ordinate, set-up and manage your Kids’ Club with fun activities designed for pre-school aged children along with birthday celebrations each month. As part of your fee, we also help promote the Club with a launch party and incentives for families to join.
Launch Party
Event Central co-ordinates a launch party to introduce your Kids’ Club program and attract extra traffic to your centre.
The party also offers retailers an opportunity to promote specials directed at kids that increase their sales.
The launch party allows customers to:
- Sign up for more information (your database)
- Join Kids’ Club
- Meet and greet with your mascot
- Free photo opportunity with mascot and backdrop
- Party games and songs for all ages
- Gift packs for new members, for example passport
- Craft tables to theme
- Atmosphere entertainment, for example face painter
Kids’ Activities
The team at Event Central will work with you to define themes for your Kids’ Club and organise activities that create fun and learning opportunities for children.
Popular activities include:
- Puppet making
- Colouring in competition
- Mask decorating
- Games
Monthly Birthday Celebrations
Every month Kids’ Club will celebrate the children whose birthday is in the month.
Birthday Celebrations include:
- New opportunities for non-members to join Kids’ Club
- Party accessories for the month’s birthday kids
- 30 minute birthday party with games
- Mascot meet and greet and photo opportunity (for platinum Kids’ Club)
- Birthday treat for birthday kids, for example cake/donut provided by a retailer
- Birthday gift, for example voucher from Centre Management
Passport Program (optional extra)
The Kids’ Club Passport Program is designed to build customer loyalty for existing and potential members and incentive to attend events and the Club each month.
- On attending a kid’s morning or special event, the passport will be stamped by Centre Management or Event Central staff.
- On collecting 10 stamps (suggestion only) members receive a gift from Centre Management, for example kids activity pack (supplied by Event Central) or Centre gift voucher
- Passports can be used at Launch Party as discount at participating retailers (suggestion only)
Introduce your mascot (Platinum Kids’ Club only)
An identifiable, unique mascot is a great asset for your Centre’s promotion and growing community engagement with families.
We’ll work together on your mascot options and bring her to life as a full character.
Kids grow up with your mascot, becoming familiar with the character. Building this relationship can encourage families to participate in events and differentiates your Centre.
Other than being an attraction for Kids’ Club, your mascot can be present at other events, such as Easter and Christmas.
Mascot meet-and-greets and photo opportunities are other great attention grabbers.
The mascot can be stored and cleaned by Event Central.

- 1x mascot performer
- Hire of mascot costume (as chosen by you)
